Job Summary
Lead daily operations of TireHub's logistics center in Theodore, AL, ensuring safety, inventory integrity, budget adherence, and responsive customer service. Manage center employees and contractors, communicate TireHub objectives, and coordinate with Sales and Corporate/Regional resources. Oversee EOD paperwork, cash handling, and HR needs, while driving process improvements and maintaining a customer-focused operation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
- Experience with KPI management
- Supervisor or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred
