Job Summary
Mount, balance, and align tires and wheels using precision machinery to ensure vehicles roll smoothly. Oversee daily shop operations by enforcing safety guidelines, completing paperwork, and maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment. Label and organize merchandise as it arrives while tracking stock levels. Assist with general shop maintenance to keep the tire shop running efficiently. This role supports our national franchise's commitment to exceptional customer service within a family-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels
- Being organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory
- Aiming to always keep safety in mind
