Job Summary
Mount, balance, and align tires and wheels using precision machinery, then oversee shop operations by ensuring safety guidelines are followed, completing paperwork, and maintaining inventory, products, tools, and equipment. Label and organize merchandise as it arrives while utilizing tire and balancing machines to keep vehicles rolling smoothly. Full-time role with an average hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.00, including bonuses, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels established in 2000 with over 200 locations across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks associated with this position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels
- Being organized and attentive to detail, especially when tracking inventory
- Aiming to always keep safety in mind
