Oversee daily tire warehouse operations as a working leader, supervising receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping; manage inventory controls, cycle counts, safety compliance, and customer-service standards; lead and coordinate staff, communicate needs to the Warehouse Manager, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in tire distribution or an automotive environment
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or Microsoft Office experience)
