Tire Technician

Job Summary
Responsibilities include mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing various types of tires for passenger vehicles through to industrial applications. The incumbent will troubleshoot and repair commercial vehicle issues, perform fleet inspections and routine maintenance checks, operate company vehicles safely, and respond to service calls using a service truck when necessary. The role requires following safety procedures, using Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, and assisting with inventory tasks. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to drive
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Able to perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and exposure to vibrations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
