Job Summary
Performs installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintaining equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service; emphasizes customer service and promotes store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise. Requires a valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a rapid pace environment; physical ability to frequently lift 35-75 pounds and repeatedly bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk and stand. Pay is $16.50 - $26.45 per hour, and full-time employees may receive benefits after eligibility criteria are met.
Required Qualifications
