Job Summary
Maintains and repairs tires per WM Total Tire Maintenance (TTM) program and all local, state, and federal guidelines. Responsible for managing site TTM plan, completing paperwork for repairs, documenting parts usage and times, conducting out-of-service tire review and analysis, performing tire road calls as needed, inspecting scrap/obsoletes, reviewing failed tires for warranty, inspecting retread/repair quality, performing tire checks on company vehicles/equipment, maintaining tire records, monitoring supplier service standards, conducting fleet surveys, and upholding a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety procedures (OSHA). Includes on-site duties with regular shift schedule and benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, stock options, paid leave). Must be prepared for physical demands and safety-sensitive environment with potential drug/alcohol testing; pay is $22/hour ($45760/year).
