Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection, purchase, and installation while mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and manage supply inventory. Maintain a clean tire bay and waiting area, merchandise displays, and ensure propane tanks are filled per policy. Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk, verify vehicle tire sizes, and escalate member concerns as appropriate. Comply with all club policies, safety standards, and Michelin training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
