Job Summary
Install and repair tires by mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing them while verifying vehicle sizes and assisting members in tire selection and purchase. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, scheduling data, and sales/service orders; maintain accurate supply inventory and merchandise tire displays. Keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and professional, ensure propane tanks are filled per policy, and dispose of tires according to club standards. Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk, coordinate with Home Office for member needs, and maintain all club policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
