Job Summary
Tire Technician responsible for sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service, maintaining a clean store environment, and delivering friendly customer service. Role involves lifting 75+ pounds, working in various temperatures, and operating on a rotating day/night schedule. Training is provided for those with no prior experience; DOT medical card may be obtained with company support. Required Qualifications
- Be able to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
- Rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
- Work in various temperatures
- Interact with customers & drivers
- Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to and including commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service
- Safety compliance with company policies and procedures
