Job Summary
Tire Technicians perform the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service; they also maintain the store facility, interact with customers and drivers, and must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures. The role requires a rotating schedule between day and night, and offers benefits including DOT medical card (paid by Love’s), tuition assistance, PTO, 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, and career development within a 60-year family-owned company. Experience is not required as training is provided.
