Job Summary
Tire Technician role focused on mounting/dismounting, balancing and rotating tires, diagnosing tire-related issues, performing oil changes and filter replacements, inspecting and documenting issues, testing and installing TPMS sensors, and maintaining safe shop practices. Opportunity to advance into light mechanical tasks (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills grow. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 70 lbs, reliability, team orientation, attention to safety, and weekend availability. Team-centered environment with potential pathways into mechanic, service advisor, or management positions and a compensation structure that includes hourly pay plus commission, OT, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
