Job Summary
Engage customers on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, identify needs, and confidently recommend tire solutions. Provide pricing, close sales, and build relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations including inventory management and reporting. This role offers a consistent 40-hour schedule with a base pay of $28.34–$30.85/hour and a targeted annual commission of $13,200. Join a family-owned international distributor established in 1918 that has sold over 60 million tires to date.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive experience preferred
