Job Summary
Engage customers on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, and identify needs to confidently recommend tire solutions. Provide pricing, close sales, and build relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations including inventory management and reporting. After a fully paid training program, you will execute these duties within a premium automotive dealership environment. This role offers a consistent 40-hour schedule with base pay ranging from $28.34 to $30.85 per hour, plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
