Job Summary
Engage customers on the service drive to sell tires, perform quick visual inspections, and identify needs to confidently recommend solutions. Provide pricing and close sales while building relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations including inventory management and reporting. After completion of a fully paid training program, you will work inside a premium automotive dealership acting as the tire sales expert. This role offers a consistent 40-hour schedule with a base pay range of $28.34 to $30.85 per hour and a targeted annual commission of $13,200. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
- Automotive experience preferred
