Tire Sales Representative

Job Summary
Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide friendly, knowledgeable information on tire sales and service. Learn Champtires' business and industry trends to proactively resolve questions and sell premium used and new tires. Document customer information, sales, issues, and returns while maintaining a neat work station and reception areas. Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by management. Work Monday through Saturday with the ability to work on Saturdays required. Champtires is a national e-commerce retailer specializing in premium tires that also operates brick-and-mortar locations in the Pittsburgh-area.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of six months of customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- Ability and willingness to learn the tire business
- Computer proficiency
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Basic analytical skills to evaluate customer inquiries
- Good organizational skills
- Written communication skills
- Oral communication skills
- Ability and willingness to keep work station and customer reception areas neat and clean
