Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection, purchase, and installation including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate with Home Office on member needs, and maintain accurate supply inventory. Properly dispose of tires, fill propane tanks per DOT requirements, and merchandise tire displays. Maintain a clean, organized tire bay and waiting area while ensuring all club policies and safety standards are followed. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and completion of Michelin training levels one through four within three months. Part-time schedule with regular, predictable attendance. Starting salary $17.50.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
