Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection, purchase, and installation including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Properly dispose of tires, fill propane tanks per DOT requirements, and maintain a clean tire bay and waiting area. Merchandise tire displays, manage supply inventory, and coordinate special-order tire programs. Complete tire bay scheduling documentation and verify vehicle tire sizes. Comply with safety standards, club policies, and Michelin training levels one through four. Maintain accurate supply inventory and deliver knowledgeable service at the tire desk.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
