Job Summary
Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, then perform installation, mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Complete necessary bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and maintain accurate inventory supplies. Merchandise tire displays, ensure propane tanks are filled per policy, and uphold safety standards while working with moving vehicles and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized tire bay and waiting area, resolving member concerns with a positive attitude. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and completion of Michelin training levels one through four within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
