Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection, purchase, and installation while mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and manage accurate supply inventory. Maintain a clean, organized tire bay and waiting area, ensuring all safety, cleanliness, and club policies are followed. Fill propane tanks as needed if certified, and provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk. Full-time position with regular, predictable attendance. Starting salary $17.50. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 30 pounds required. Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
