Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection and purchase, including verifying sizes and utilizing special-order programs. Perform tire installation services such as mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing, while ensuring propane tanks are filled per policy. Complete necessary sales and service order documentation, maintain accurate supply inventory, and keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and organized. Merchandise tire displays and automotive products to ensure visible, accurate signage and a Grand Opening look. Resolve member concerns with a friendly attitude while adhering to safety, cleanliness, and GOLD Member Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
