Tire Sales and Service Advisor

Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Manage the shop workflow as the manager on duty when the store manager is out, and conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track returns and warranty parts, process cash-outs with warranty explanations, and promote all products and services. Work a minimum of five days per week including Saturdays.
