Job Summary
Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, then perform mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and maintain accurate supply inventory. Properly dispose of tires, fill propane tanks per DOT requirements, and merchandise displays while keeping the bay clean and organized. Verify tire sizes, resolve member concerns, and ensure all scheduling data is completed. Comply with safety standards, Michelin training levels, and club policies. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and attendance in an environment with moving cars and loud equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
