Tire Sales and Installation Part Time

Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection and purchase while performing installation, mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Complete necessary documentation for sales and service orders, maintain accurate supply inventory, and manage special-order tire programs. Ensure propane tanks are filled per policy, dispose of tires correctly, and keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and organized. Merchandise tire displays and automotive products while adhering to club standards and safety protocols. Coordinate with Home Office regarding member needs and perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
