Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection and purchase, including verifying vehicle sizes, while performing mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and maintain accurate supply inventory. Ensure propane tanks are filled per policy and dispose of tires correctly. Maintain a clean tire bay and waiting area, merchandising displays and executing promotional plans. Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk, resolve member concerns, and uphold club standards and safety protocols. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 30 pounds, and completion of Michelin training levels one through four within three months. Starting pay is $17.50.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
