Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection and purchase, including verifying sizes, while performing mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Handle repairs, proper disposal, and propane tank refills per DOT requirements. Maintain a clean tire bay and waiting area, merchandise displays, and complete all sales and service order documentation. Coordinate special-order tire programs and ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and club policies. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 30 pounds, and completion of Michelin training levels one through four within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
