Job Summary
Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires while inspecting vehicles for wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns. Assist customers with tire recommendations, perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections, and operate shop equipment safely. Maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy objects required. Full-time hours with competitive pay, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Team player who enjoys helping customers
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
