Job Summary
Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, and conduct preventative maintenance including filter replacements. Train with mid and senior technicians to master additional automotive services while maintaining strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation. Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations and help keep the shop clean and organized. Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods involving light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting. Report any safety issues immediately to management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience
- Previous formal automotive training
