Job Summary
Assist members in tire selection and purchase, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires. Complete necessary tire bay documentation, coordinate special-order programs, and maintain accurate supply inventory. Properly dispose of tires, fill propane tanks per DOT requirements, and merchandise tire displays. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment while adhering to club policies and Michelin training standards. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 30 pounds, and full attendance. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn basic computer skills
- Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
