Job Summary
Tire and Lube Technician at Hertz: perform basic automotive tire and lubrication services, including tire changes, oil changes, and related maintenance. Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight and use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools. Must have tools to perform necessary repairs (e.g., 3/8” and 1/2” impact wrench, sockets, oil filter wrenches, TPMS tool, combo wrenches, screwdrivers). Minimum education is High School Diploma or equivalent; entry-level role with no required experience; valid driver’s license required.
