Job Summary
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless networks (PTP/PTMP), Satellite, WiFi, and in-premises networks; perform site surveys to extend wireless coverage; on-site inspection and recommendations for maintenance and performance; troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; collaborate with wireless engineers and managers to meet KPI/SLA; direct interaction with customers from design through ongoing support; plan and request installation materials; manage reports, emails, tickets; willing to travel nationwide; professional representation of the company in client relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with the required years of experience.
