Job Summary
Lead and manage corporate marketing projects from inception to completion, including developing comprehensive project briefs, coordinating cross-functional teams (stakeholders, producers, partners, and vendors), and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. Build and refine project workflows, SLAs, creative briefs, and SOPs; proactively identify risks and plan contingencies; track progress and provide proactive status updates to management. Drive quarterly planning, production budgeting, and social content production oversight; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and marketing objectives; facilitate briefings, kickoffs, reviews, and stakeholder alignment. Requires 4+ years of marketing experience, strong project-management and leadership capabilities, proficiency with tools such as Asana, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and measure results against marketing KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in creative projects within a marketing environment, preferably in-house
- experience in marketing
- proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
