Job Summary
Cook orders and receive food according to memorized standard recipes, then coordinate pick-ups and monitor production to ensure quality standards. Maintain inventory of station and order stock, control waste through proper rotation and quantity checks, and keep work stations and storage areas clean. Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures while managing pars. Requires six months of cook experience, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and standing or walking for the duration of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
