Job Summary
Youth Worker for TIME program provides direct support to high-risk youth and families, maintains one-on-one school/family contact, monitors attendance/behavior/grades, analyzes client histories to determine services, develops Plans of Care, and facilitates structured group/individual/family activities and service-learning projects. Position is based at Hillcrest School (Kenosha, WI) with a hybrid model (school-based and community work) and requires reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and human-services experience. Salary $22/hour; full-time, benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- One year of experience working with high-risk youth and families is required.
- At minimum, must have an Associate's degree in a human services-related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
