Job Summary
Manage time clocks, offer tech support for branches and clients, and train new employees on using time clocks and the E-portal. Ship time clocks to new clients and on-site locations while maintaining an Excel spreadsheet for inventory control. Perform audits and manage records to ensure accuracy in attendance and time clock operations. Maintain quality inspections and provide excellent customer service to all clients. Handle all other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.)
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
- Managed time in attendance and time clocks
- Maintain records and perform quality inspections
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients
