Job Summary
Time & Attendance Advisor responsible for expert knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Workday time & attendance processes to ensure accurate and compliant system operation. You will monitor user compliance, troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades and enhancements, deliver training, develop user-friendly documentation, and resolve escalated time & attendance queries. Manage the ServiceNow (SNOW) and UKG support inboxes to ensure timely ticket allocation and resolution. Collaborate with managers and People & Culture teams to support consistent national time-tracking practices and drive process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring EBAs/Award compliance.
