Job Summary
This role involves maintaining and improving HR management solutions using Workday, focusing on Time Tracking and Absence modules across various regions. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining time entry templates, absence plans, eligibility rules, and supervising end-to-end testing for successful delivery of changes. Strong communication with stakeholders and project management skills are necessary. Candidates should have at least 5 years of Workday experience and deep knowledge of relevant configurations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of recent Workday experience supporting global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking configuration
- Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations
Desired Qualifications
- Current certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking preferred but not required
- Fluent professional English, additional language an asset
- Project management experience
