Job Summary
Provide media and teams with statistical and press content, including transcribing home and visiting player/coach quotes for distribution. Participate in Timberwolves game-day in-arena media setup and take down, while assisting with game-night media hospitality and post-game events. Facilitate daily clips distribution and prepare materials for media coverage during home games. This seasonal part-time role requires attendance at all home games, some weekend work, and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Interviews begin mid-August with offers around mid-September, starting the first full shift on September 28th.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Polish and professionalism, demonstrated in high profile and high-pressure situations
- Able to work on a team and independently
- Able to form effective partnerships internally & externally
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
