Job Summary
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon sought for Hayden, ID on a part-time basis with potential to increase days. Responsibilities include performing a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures (extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, pathology management), developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with referring dentists and specialists, administering anesthesia (local, nitrous oxide, IV sedation per state regs), maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, educating patients on post-operative care, ensuring sterile operatory conditions, and engaging in continuing education to uphold clinical excellence.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completed residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Active Washington State Dental License (or eligible to obtain) and/or Active Idaho State Dental License
- Active DEA License
