Job Summary
Store Manager leads store performance and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include driving sales, achieving KPIs, recruiting, onboarding, coaching and developing a high-performing, diverse team; managing scheduling, performance evaluations, promotions/terminations, loss prevention, visual merchandising, inventory control, and participation in community events. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, communication, brand alignment, and accountability for operational excellence to deliver profitability and exceptional in-store service.
Required Qualifications

- Associate’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience
