Timberland: Sales Associate - Outlets at Castle Rock

Timberland Sales Associate – Outlet store role focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and brand representation. Responsibilities include meeting store and individual sales goals, collaborating with the team to maximize customer loyalty, educating customers on Brand Purpose and community involvement, maintaining product availability and visual presentation, and ensuring the store is recovered and customer-ready daily. Adheres to policies, safety and shrink-avoidance programs; demonstrates respect for diverse backgrounds and upholds VF values; promotes a learning, collaborative environment by sharing best practices. Qualifications include a flexible schedule (weekends, evenings, and holidays), ability to work with a team to exceed sales results, engage with a diverse customer base, strong verbal and nonverbal communication, ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and to deliver high-level customer service. Physical requirements include standing for the shift, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using ladders for visual merchandising. This is a part-time or limited-time position (ie., internship) and is not eligible for all VF benefits. Hiring range: $15.81-$22.08 per hour.
