Job Summary
Retail Communications Coordinator responsible for developing and executing internal communications plans to support Timberland’s brand initiatives. Create and manage content for internal channels (Yoobic, emails, intranet, presentations, directives), partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, and monitor metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Support store operations and field leadership by coordinating field reports, store communications, contests/awards programs, and calendar management. Serve as brand liaison for store supplies and assist with special projects for Heads of Stores and Store Operations. Must be onsite at Timberland Stratham, NH three days per week (hybrid). Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Smartsheet; familiarity with Yoobic and Coupa for expense processing; ability to craft clear, concise written and visual content; strong collaboration skills across retail teams and brand partners.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement among internal audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools to measure and analyze communication effectiveness (Smartsheet, Yoobic, Coupa)
