Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in coaching staff to exceed store productivity goals, model brand-specific service standards, supervise floor coverage and store operations, and partner with the Store Manager on training, hiring, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Maintain an inclusive, high-performance environment, drive profitability and compliance with company programs, and develop staff through ongoing training and accountability. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and customer-service excellence to deliver the Timberland brand experience and achieve financial and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of store leadership experience in a fast-paced, highly engaging retail environment
- Ability to build, lead, and manage high performing team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales results
- Proven ability in leading the delivery of a high level of customer service in a retail environment
