Key duties include achieving sales goals, coaching and supervising staff, overseeing store operations (opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation), supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, managing expenses and shrink, maintaining visual standards, stock replenishment, and fostering continuous improvement.
