Job Summary
Operate heavy machinery and equipment to safely move and position tiltwall panels and materials on the construction site. Read and interpret construction plans to ensure proper panel placement, using rigging equipment to lift and position components. Coordinate with team members for accurate placement, inspect equipment before and after use, and report any issues to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area while communicating effectively with supervisors. Requires high school diploma, two years of heavy machinery experience, and valid operator's license. Full-time contract with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and equipment, preferably in tiltwall construction
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on a flexible schedule
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols
