Job Summary
Isolate kitchen power, lock off circuits with padlocks, and remove or reinstall sockets while informing residents of temporary outages. Install tiles around the bath only, covering all three walls along the full length if applicable, or tile behind the sink up to three rows high if the area is in an L-shape. Do not tile the WC area. Maintain a CSCS card and own 110v or battery-operated tools. Requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, asbestos awareness training, and the right to work in the UK.
