TILE - RECTIFYING TECHNICIAN - D SHIFT

Rectifying Technician on the D Shift responsible for upholding safety protocols across the plant, assisting the Additional Finishes department to meet ISO 9001 quality management standards, performing Lock/Tag/Test audits, delivering weekly safety training, ensuring product specifications in the Additional Finishes area, reviewing lubrication and PM requirements, assisting the supervisor with coordinating department operations, training new hires on safety, quality policy, and finishing equipment operation, collaborating with maintenance to sustain operator basic care programs, serving as fill-in for all Additional Finishes roles, operating loader/unloader machines, and assisting with water treatment and chemical applications. Also undertakes additional tasks as needed to maintain a safe, compliant finishing environment and adherence to quality processes.
