TILE- RECTIFYING TECHNICIAN - B SHIFT

Conduct daily rectifying operations to ensure tile is precisely sized and finished according to quality standards. Operate loader and unloader machines, manage set-ups, and perform basic maintenance tasks while adhering to all safety protocols and ISO 9001 quality management systems. Review product specifications, manage lubrication and chemical applications, and assist with water treatment duties. Train new hires on safety, quality policies, and equipment operations. Coordinate department functions, conduct lock/tag-out audits, and provide weekly safety training. Fill in for other Additional Finishes job functions as needed. Work the 6 AM to 6 PM shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
