Job Summary
Read tape measurements, prints, and work orders accurately. Install backer board, frame pod walls, and cut tile using wet saws and hand tools. Apply mortar and grout correctly for straight, wavy, or feature layouts, including DumaWall systems. Install shower pans and assist with LVP flooring when needed. Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety standards while performing duties as assigned. This role supports pod-style builds requiring precision, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Tile Installer, Tile Setter, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques
- Strong knowledge of mortar and grout application
- Strong knowledge of shower system installation
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and measurements accurately
- Experience with wet saws and tile cutting tools
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motion and physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required
