Job Summary
Conduct residential tile installation projects including kitchen backsplashes, floor tiles, and bathroom/shower surrounds. Perform tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing while executing waterproofing and proper surface preparation. Handle demo and preparation as needed, maintaining clean jobsites and communicating professionally with homeowners and project management. Requires experience installing both floor tile and bathroom/shower tile, along with knowledge of layout, cuts, transitions, and grout. Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills to work independently within a team environment.

- Strong knowledge of proper waterproofing and installation methods

- Ability to accurately measure and plan tile layouts
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
